Meet Our Pastor

Bishop Ron Bynum has a passion for God, His Word and His people. For more than three decades, he has effectively ministered as both evangelist and pastor. Under Pastor Bynum’s leadership, Rodney Pike Church of God has become a scripturally and spiritually fortified community of believers.

Pastor Bynum was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He and his wife, Leah, have two married children. Micah (Elizabeth) and Narissa (Trent) are both actively involved in ministry. The Bynum’s served in as pastor in Cincinnati, Ohio for sixteen year. In 1999 they came to Rodney Pike Church of God. They now call Gallia County home.

Presently Pastor Bynum serves as the Region 10 Elder in the Church of God, in Ohio. He was appointed to the World Missions Board for the Church of God in Ohio and has served in various positions of State leadership as well.

The ministry of Pastor Bynum is highlighted with dynamic anointing. The word of God is central to his message and powerful in declaration. God has birthed a great vision into the heart of The Bynum’s the Rodney Pike Church of God and the surrounding region.
